The easy-to-remove cover is made of 100% cotton which has been designed and printed in South Africa.
The thickness of the material is upholstery quality making it resitant to even the roughest of scratchers.
The colour and the pattern of our Emew beds have been carefully selected to cleverly conceal muddy paw prints and slobber marks.
All Emew products feature beautifully woven labels. All labels are certified as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 which is an independent testing and certification system for raw textile materials. This means our labels are certified to be free of harmful substances and safe to be used on items for babies and toddlers up to 3 years of age. Phew, one less thing to worry about!
The cover:
Our Emew beds have been designed to be as low maintenance as possible. The Emew cover is easy to remove due to its diagonal opening and is machine washable. Cold washes are recommended. Do not use bleach.
The cover is made of 100% cotton which might shrink when tumble dried. We recommend air dry only.

The easy-to-remove cover is made of 100% cotton which has been woven, designed and printed in South Africa.
The thickness of the material is upholstery quality making it resitant to even the roughest of scratchers.
Each cushion is stuffed by hand with a unique combination of top-quality foam and fiberfill which does not flatten like the regular store-bought bed.The cushion inner boasts a water resistant material that is forgiving on a quick moment of jealousy.
The Small and Medium beds have a solid breathable-material backing to ensure the cushions can be plumped every now and then to ensure ultimate coziness.
The Large and Extra Large beds have a split panel at the back that serves the same purpose.
The cushion cover is easily removable to allow for machine washing.
Thick velcro strips at the back securely keeps the cushion inside the cover - delivering comfort, quality and ease for both you and your pet.
